Wasn't there a field with a drop down list for assigning a custom price list to an individual?
I thought it was "Account > Action > Edit > Assign Custom Price List" but now it doesn't seem to be there. Thank you for your help!

View the account in the admin and click the Galleries tab. I was moved there in the last update.
