Favicon Not Showing Properly.

Hi,
I have a weird problem. When I am in the admin are of my site and I click on the link area inn the browser it shows my favicon but when I am looking at my website like as a visitor the favicon is not there or it is a complete different logo.
Any ideas?

It might be cached. This is what I see. Is that what it is suppose to be?

Try clearing your cache (CTRL + SHIFT + DEL) then restart your browser.
