Hello.
A costumer order a photo session from the website and make a deposite. An order 1005 has been crated.
How to send an invoice for the balance of the order ?
When I go to the account detail, crate invoice, it also create a new order. This is not what I want.

Go to the Calendar section and view the booking. From there there is a create invoice tab to invoice them for the balance. It will create another order number, it's just how it works.
