Cannot Rearrange Products Within A Collection?

Hey there, I can't seem to drag and drop the order of products within a collection. When I hover over the arrows and click to drag, nothing happens.

When adding the products to a collection they also don't get added in any specific order, so there seems to be no way to arrange the products?

I'm trying to set up a collage, so clients will have to select images for blocks 1-6. But since I can't arrange anything or strategically add products in the correct order, clients see

Assign photo to block 3
Assign photo to block 1
Assign photo to block 6
Assign photo to block 4

etc..

Is this a bug or? .. Using an updated version of Chrome.

Sounds like you updated to the Sytist 3.4 version but haven't applied the 3.4.4 update that fixes that.

Hm, I see no available updates and have installed a recent one - I think on Apr 1st based on modified date of certain files? Is there somewhere I can look to check which version I have? I see a 3.4.4. in the header in my Admin, but not sure if that covers my install, or is just a general header.

(Also have followed these instructions and get no notification of an update)

How to update:
The first time each day you log into the admin it will check for the update. If you have already logged into your admin today, then you won't get the notice until tomorrow.

If you are currently using Sytist version 1.0.0 or higher, you can have it check for the update again by clicking on Settings in the main menu. Then scroll down and below the left menu, click MySQL query. Copy the following line of code, paste it in the query box and click run.

UPDATE ms_history SET upgrade_check='';

Then return to your admin home page.

If it says 3.4.4 in the admin header then you are on that version. How about emailing me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can check it out.

Hi Tim, weirdest thing! I am now able to rearrange. However I definitely did not update/make any changes between my initial testing and now. Perhaps it was the SQL query? Either way it's now resolved, thanks!
