Ftp Uploaded Photos Don't Show In Upload Panel

Hi Tim
At some time my uploaded process broke.
I output photos from Photo Mechanic by FTP to the sy-upload folder, they do not display on the Upload panel when I go to process them. Can confirm uploads are getting to the upload folder.

Are they in a folder inside the sy-upload folder? They need to be inside a folder inside the sy-upload folder.
And have you changed servers and by chance connecting to the old server?
