Sytist Is Not Working For Me

So, I noticed that a bunch of my galleries weren't showing photos anymore. I thought maybe it was related to not having upgraded Sytist yet so I went to follow the instructions for the manual updating which I've done without issues in the past. (For me, there is always an error when I try to do it within Sytist)

Now my sytist is broken. I logged into my FTP and copied over the files from the upgrade folder to where they were located before overwriting the old files and now nothing will show up at all.

Before my sytist was broken, I took a couple screen shots showing that my test gallery was showing the pictures I uploaded to test it out and also a screen show showing that most of the other galleries were not showing their photos correctly.

PLEASE HELP! My client was complaining that she couldn't see her photos anymore. This is a really bad time for this to happen:(

Now I can't login at all and just get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare showfilesize() (previously declared in D:homeapriloharephotography.comstoresy-incfunctions.core.php:335) in D:homeapriloharephotography.comstoresy-adminphotos.functions.php on line 154

That error message indicates that you have files in the wrong place. How about emailing me your FTP or hosting info so I can fix it.
