I've added an SSL to my website (a wordpress website). My Sytist is for my galeries and sales and so not my main site. Since changing to https I can't sign in to the backend of Sytist and none of the passwords for my client galleries are working.
I've read about forcing things to https and the first part is already done but the second part involves signing in which I can't.
Many thanks

Are you getting any error messages? and if so, what are they?
You may need to have whoever installed the SSL look into it.

No, no error messages, it just says the username or password is wrong. It also either says this for client galleries when I know the password is correct - or it doesn't say anything, it just re loads the page that asks for the password.

If it is just refreshing the page when you try to log in, that means that either
1) You are out of space on your hosting or
2) for some reason it is unable to create the PHP sessions.
First check in your hosting control panel to see if you are out of space. If not, go into the file manager in your hosting control panel and edit the sy-config.php file in your Sytist installation folder.
Remove these 2 lines of code from that file:
ini_set('session.gc_maxlifetime', 1800);
ini_set('session.save_path', $setup['path']."/sy-phpsessions");
And save and see if that works.

Apologies. I now realise the problem. While searching for that file I realise it's not there! Something must have gone wrong when my host was migrating my site and adding the SSL and it appears it's all been deleted! Going to have to reinstall and start again. Thanks for your help!
