The text on that page "Wedding and Portrait Photographer" right above "Hi there!....Thank you for visiting my site!" has space code instead of just spaces between each word which is making it not break to 2 lines on mobile. I don't know why though. Try deleting that text and re-typing it in.
Also the text for the Portfolio button might be a little too large. Try making it just a little smaller.

I have had this problem. There is an element somewhere on the page that is extending past the page frame. In my case I had used the underscore to create a line. This ended up being too long. And broke the page layout. Once I had deleted and number of underscores to allow them to fit across the page, the page design then returned to normal. Unfortunately you have to design to the lowest screen width which is generally a mobile in portrait orientation. Sometimes it can also be a container width setting set in your theme display layout settings. Check which layout you are using and the width settings
