Is there a way to view a client's password? We have many clients that forget and are always calling the office to find out what it is. I know they can click forgot password but many times they tell us they never receive an email. I am not sure why, maybe it goes to junk.

The passwords are encrypted and you can't view them. But you can edit their account and change their password.
