Is There A Way To Test The Cart In A Demo Mode?

We're new to Sytist and want to be able to test all our galleries, our cart, and complete pre-sell orders from the client's side so we know exactly what they'll be looking at. However, we don't want to have to actually pay for these transactions as that messes up our QuickBooks reconciliations, etc.
Is there a way to complete transactions start to finish in a demo mode that takes no payment?

Go to Settings -> Checkout & Payment and there is a TEST ONLY payment option you can enable.
