Order Notes Possibly Not Showing Up?

I'm actually not positive there is a problem, but a client said she left image notes on her order and I cannot see any notes when I look at the order. Is there a way to verify this?

Any notes added would be shown with the individual products on the order.

I just had a similar issue on an order where the client said they left a note. I believe they did not click on "update note". Is this something we could edit to say "save note" for our less than savvy users? ...yes, found solution Under "DESIGN" / "PAGE TEXT" / _update_cart_note_ (I changed wording to "Click to SAVE or update note").
