Tim, could you consider adding the option to cancel an order and refund the payment for future updates please? I know you can manually refund the customer in PayPal but it would be good to be able to do it through the admin so a record is kept. It would be easier also.

Hi Tim, would it be possible to add to your future update list the ability to apply a coupon to an order through admin? We always seem to have customers who forget to put in the coupon code.

I will make a note of it, but something you might want to do if you haven't (something recently added) in Settings -> Checkout & Payment under "Redeem Coupon & Login On Checkout Page" there is an option "Show redeem coupon form (if any valid coupons are available) on the checkout page. ".
This will show the redeem coupon form on the checkout page also.

Thanks Tim, I am not sure exactly what you meant but in this particular case the customer had completed the order in checkout and chosen the pay offline option without having entered their coupon number.

Thank Tim I will implement that, but somehow I don't think that will be the end of it (judging from previous experience)

Hi Tim, would it be possible to look at the ability to ROUND DOWN the odd cents in an order. Due to the tax calculations we are getting a orders like $13.51 for argument sake and I would love to be able to get rid of the 1 cent. We don't have 1 and 2 cents in Australia so I prefer to steer away from orders finishing with them even if they are paid electronically.

Hi Tim,
Has the "cancel order and refund payment" option been added since this topic was started in 2014?
I am using v 2.9.2
If I cancel an order, do I then have to manually refund the money through PayPal?
Thanks,
Todd

No it has not been added. You would need to refund the payment through PayPal.
