Pre Order

Hi,

I've never used Stylist before and I'm trying to set up a Pre Order gallery for preschools. Do you have anyone that you can recommend who would charge me and do the setup for me? I am struggling, and can not figure out how to get my print collections to show up on the page.

With the pre-order, you select a price list to use from Photo Products -> Price Lists.

So you have to add your products and collections you want to offer to that price list you have assigned to the pre-order.

Thanks so much! Appreciate your help. I can create a gallery and I think I have the whole checkout process nailed down, but I'm having trouble with the price list part of things. I thought I created a Collection and within it a few different packages with pricing and details but when I select it for my gallery (and hit update at the bottom), nothing appears on the webpage when I try to view it. But when I go back and change to the Sample Price List it works and shows up on my gallery page. So I must be missing something with the Price List page. I appreciate your help. I'm gonna slow down and try to watch those videos again. And I appreciate your recommendation for Heather. I'm reaching out to her as well. This is a lesson learned in procrastinating. Trying to learn a new program in a few days was not great planning:)

Quick question Tim - How do I completely remove shipping options from my Pre Order checkout process? I'm using it just as a pre order system for preschools and fulfilling orders completely separately from the website. No shipping involved at all. Thanks so much for any help you can give.

Sorry to be such a hassle, Tim. I think I figured out the shipping issue. I just have one last thing I'm trying to do.
These pre orders are for schools. They select their package and checkout. During checkout, I want them to be required to fill out these three fields:

Student's Name
Phone Number
Teacher

And then want this as an optional field:

Special Instructions

I feel like at some point I saw an area to do that but I can't seem to find it now. What area would I go to to create those fields to add in at checkout? Again, thank you!

You can add that in your price list. Click on your price list and at the top.
