Hey Tim,
My hosting account is full and it looks like most of the space is being taken up by Photos in the Sy-Photos and SY-MISC folders. What are those linked to and why were those not moved to my S3 bucket? Thanks!

File in sy-misc are never moved to S3. They are using in miscellaneously places, not in galleries.

Sy-photos holds the photos upload to galleries and also greenscreen photos created and some other things. Not everything gets moved to S3. '

You can email me your hosting cPanel login information if you want me to investigate it.

The content of these folders can be deleted and are taking about 15GB of space (don't delete these folders themselves, what is inside)

sy-photos/order-photos photos you move to folder from orders.

sy-photos/zips - incomplete zip files where the customer canceled the download

There are many files in the sy-photos/2019 folder (from 2019) but don't know if they are connected to any galleries.

Hey Tim,

Would there be any reason for Photos to be in the Sy-photos folder it self and not in a folder?

If you directly uploaded them there.

Is it possible to do that through the website interface or would I have had to do that accidently via ftp?
