My website stop sending appointment reminder emails since August 23rd and I don't know why, all other automated emails are working. Please help

Do they show up in Stats -> Email Logs?

You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) A couple of examples of what should have been sent.

Hi Tim,
I know this would be huge pain, but when you go into someone's website and fix something, would you be able to come back and fill in what the action was.
I know I really try to search the forum for an answer to my question before asking a possible duplicate question so as not to take more of your time for something that may have already be asked and fixed.
Maybe it would save you time, maybe not. That would be up to you.

No automated emails have been send since then and that means the cron job stopped working on the server. You will see 2 pending here that were never sent:
