I just upgraded the other day and now when my client check outdoes some of them are having issues using a credit card. I just checked it and the option is there but it doenst have anywhere to put the card info in. Checked from mobile. Help please!

Square was updated in this last update and you have to get the Location ID and put it in your Square settings. Instructions:

Perfect thanks so much! One last question. My auto emails are few and far between. Last year It was like one email type(Comcast.net or something like that) that wasn't going out, but now its 75% of them (gmail included). Is there anything I can do within sytist to make that better?

You would need to contact your host about that. Using PHPMailer may help emails get into inboxes.

So I did all the square things and now the credit card info spot shows up, but it doesn’t go anywhere or do anything when you push the pay button. Any idea?

Get your location ID again for your Square account and make sure you are on PRODUCTION and not sandbox:
