This is the way I have my csv file setup. I would like the password that the client enters to be their last name. I followed the instructions, but it will only take the Filename as the password.
What am I doing wrong?
Filename in the first column password in the second column.

I can't read anything in that screenshot, it's too small. You can email me the file.
