Manual Invoice For Digital Product - How To Send The File?

A client for a sports group wasn't able to figure out ordering from the gallery prior to the gallery expiration. I sent them a manual invoice (through Sytist) for the product that they want, plus shipping. They have paid the invoice and now I need to provide them with their image, which includes a digital file.
Is there a way to attach this digital product to their invoice or send it through Sytist without reopening the gallery or creating a separate gallery just for this?

You would have to either email the photo to the customer or create a gallery and upload the photo there.
