Unable To Add More Sub-galleries To Existing Gallery

Hi Tim,
I hope you are well.
I have an interesting question for you. I have created a Gallery and have added sub-galleries to this, but they button has become inactive not permitting me to add more sub-galleries.
I've tested adding photos in sub-galleries in a dummy gallery, but the 'Select Photos to Upload' button is completely inactive.
Can you please assist?

I looked and everything looks to be working fine. Try restarting your browser and if you are still having issues email a screenshot of where it is inactive.
