I tried several different paths via the instructions given and searched many Plesk forums but can't seem to figure this one out! So far everything runs fast and no issues but forgot about the cron job and my emails haven't been sending since I switched. Has anybody had luck with this?

I have no experience with Lightsail.
If you can't get the cron job working on the server, some people are using https://cron-job.org/en/ .
