Booking Option

Hello, is there a possibility to add the place of residence for the booking option?

I was just about to ask a similar question, i would like to add address fields to the booking when the customer fills it out.

If you want complete address you should have them checkout which means you would require a deposit. You can set the deposit amount for $0 so no payment is needed.

You can also create options for them.

Hi Tim Thanks for the response, I do not want them to check out because that will create an order therefor making me create another invoice so i can do a payment plan, or any other service available. One order one invoice keeps it simple and easier to track. Thanks i will just have them create an account prior to booking.

You can create an option like Tim pointed out, that asks for the address. Make it required. I do this already. No checkout required, no invoice created.

Thanks Brian i know that, but the reason i do not do that is because it confuses people(see photo) First email they get is this. Then they would receive a another email with the payment plan/total I.E. deposit required varies on services. I prefer one email with total of booking, It is less confusing, i had ten friends test out the two different ways and they all prefer not to go through checking out. Checking out makes it feel you have completed the process and they may ignore emails.

You do not have to go through checkout to fill in those other options. You will get the address when you run the booking report. I do this with my leagues all the time. I get team names, addresses, sponsors all kinds of info with no checkout process.
