Is There A Way To View An Order Without Seeing The Pictures In The Order?

We have clients that will use the "buy all" feature for galleries with hundreds of images. When we view the order so we can prepare it, we don't need to see all of the images in the order...we just need to know that they did a "buy all". Even in case where they are doing a pick and choose order, we still don't need to see the pictures in the order - just the file numbers. It's really easy to miss things that are ordered when you have to scroll through hundreds of pictures to catch something else that may have been ordered.

This is especially true with "buy alls" so if that alone could be remedied, it would be really helpful

Either print packing slip or export order.

This applies packing slip / printable version of the order.

Click Settings in the main menu. Then UNDERNEATH the left menu click edit config file.

On a blank line before the closing PHP tag (?>) copy the following line, paste and save.

$setup['do_not_show_buy_all_photos_on_package_slip'] = true; // Do not show photos from buy all collections on packing slips
