Book Now Button Gone

I have a page set up for communion sessions https://www.daniellefostercreations.com/exclusive-sessions/2021-commsesh/
initially the book now button was there and clients could select their date and time. I had a couple people book and then I changed the status of the page to published and now the button is gone and there is nowhere for them to select their times.
Any suggestions?

I only see one page in that section which is:
