Twilio Error 11200

Seems Twilio can't commuicate with my site, although it seems the site can commuinicate with Twilio.
Twilio reports bad gateway errors, if I send from sytist, the messages get through but are never confirmed on the site and I get twilio warnings. If I reply to my Twilio number, I get failures from twilio.
failure:
sourceComponent "14100"
httpResponse "502"
url "https://lizandrews.com/sy-inc/twilio-receive-sms.php"
ErrorCode "11200"
LogLevel "ERROR"
Msg "Bad Gateway"
EmailNotification "false"
warning:
Msg "Request to StatusCallback URL timed out."
Hope you can help with this?
Something that may or may not make a difference, I guess it depends on what PHP verifications you use on the webhooks, is that I use SSL offloading.
In short the relevance is, the site believes it is using http (and reports it as the server address etc) where in reality its https to the outside world. All traffic it routed through https regardless, but perhaps the php validations use server addresses which it would think is http? I tried Twilio with both but like I said, it might be in the hook code?
I checked and the php webhook files are there in the expected web directory.
Thanks
Liz

I suspect it has something to do with how you are doing the SSL or something along those lines.
https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/11200
Maybe try the URL with the www. like https://www.lizandrews.com/sy-inc/twilio-receive-sms.php

Hi Tim,
I've managed to fix the load balancer issue now, however, I'm getting new Twilio errors that seem much more related to the website itself.
I'm getting Schema Validation Warnings, and the twilio confirmations or reply text messages don't get through. Here is the warning debug inspector from Twilio:

EmailNotification "false"
parserMessage "Content is not allowed in prolog."

Not Twilio
The website still has the sent mesages (which do get trhough) as "queued" and any replies via SMS to the Twilio number just don't come through.
Any thoughts?

Must be something to do with the server setup. I have not seen this issue and no one else has this issue.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) FTP username and password.

Thank you so much for that Tim, it all works great now.
I'm just curious, will I need to back up those hook files and replace them through future updates, or are you adding the backup code to the updates also?
Thanks
Liz
