Digital Download Issues

I have a gallery for a cheer team that people made orders from. I have checked all of the products to ensure they all have the option checked that they cannot download until it is released, yet there are a number of them that were able to download their images before they were edited and released. Is there something I may be missing? These were ordered as preorder items

If they are mark do not allow download until approve I don't know how they would have downloaded them. Does it actually show downloads on the order in the admin next to the photo?

Yes it shows downloads. Some orders have the yellow highlighted text to let us release them and others were able to download them.

Without seeing the setup of the products and orders I have no idea.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

3) The order number of 2 orders where they purchased, downloaded and you didn't click allow download link.
