The first two errors in the following error log seem to be constantly happening and the last one is when a subscriber subscribed but hasn’t been sent to my Mailchimp account.
Had to search through lots of errors to find the time they signed up.

It looks like things have changed on the server to cause those errors. Probably updated the PHP and settings in that.
These errors:
[01-Dec-2019 13:17:02 UTC] PHP Warning: ini_set(): Headers already sent. You cannot change the session module's ini settings at this time in /home4/home/public_html/indepthphotos.co.uk/sy-config.php on line 23
You will have to edit your sy-config file (which you can do by clicking Settings in the main menu then underneath the left menu click edit config file) and removing these 2 lines:
ini_set('session.gc_maxlifetime', 3600);
ini_set('session.save_path', $setup['path']."/sy-phpsessions");
That is the custom session handling that was working before the updates made to your hosting.
The others are just warnings because of the way PHP 7.2+ is handling some variables (difference between $data[value] and $data['value']). I have most of those covered (there were a lot more) but did not catch those. Will for the next update but should not cause any issues.
For the customer not getting onto the mailchimp list, have you had some before that have? And is that person possibly already in the mailchimp account?

Hi Tim,
Thanks have removed those lines.
It seems there must have been some delay with the data being shown in mailchimp as the subscriber is now visible.
Not noticed such a delay before but no harm done I guess.
