There is not an option to do that.

Great, Thanks Tim. I assume it's not as easy as matching up the type of data that Photo cart would bring over in a customer import from photo cart to Sytist.

Customers can be exported from Photo Cart and imported into Sytist because they use the same password encryption method. The password encryption is the reason why you can not import a list of customers.

Hey Tim,
Not trying to beat a dead horse here, just trying to make sure that there isn't a work around at all. If there is a way to import a csv file list of customers with the same encryption setting and default password. Or are we not talking a .csv file? Sorry the time it takes us to enter all of our non internet friendly customers into the system is astronomical. Trying to make this integration work. Thanks!

If you want you can try to import your customer list into the ms_people table in the Sytist database. You will have to match all the fields. There is not an option to import them into the admin area.
But their passwords will NOT work and they would not be able to log in without resetting it. Passwords are one way encrypted when they are created.
