A client told me that she couldn't login to her account to edit her shopping cart. It was working in the afternoon but when she went back to have look in the evening,

I had a look and I have the same problem when I tried to login using her loin details. (A timeout occurred) As far as I can see it is only affecting her.

For the admin, I can see her account details and shopping cart.

I had a look at her shopping cart in MSQL and I keep getting errors (A fatal JavaScript error has occurred) although I can see the information.

It's a large shopping cart with 228 items from 3 different galeries.

I don't see how one shopping cart could get corrupted. Are there any error messages and if so what is the exact error message or messages? And when do they occur?

The whole stylist part of the site on the client side has now stopped working, I get the same time out error if I try to login to a registered account or create a new account. I have contacted my web host and see if they can see what the problem is.

It's an issue with the server/cloudflare based on the error message

I checked with my web-host, they increased the php limit, and set these limits:
upload_max_filesize = 256M
post_max_size = 256M
max_execution_time = 180
memory_limit = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

Following their instructions, I switched the PHP mode from Fast CGI to regular CGI, updated all my plugins, removed all the inactive plugins and themes as they take php resources.

They also said the errors on the logs were: [Tue Nov 05 14:23:14 2019] [error] [client 114.74.50.224] Script timed out before returning headers: php72.cgi, referer: https://ppphotography.com.au/################/index.php?do=people&p_id=1254
[Tue Nov 05 14:24:44 2019] [warn] [client 114.74.50.224] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /dh/cgi-system/php72.cgi, referer: https://ppphotography.com.au//################/index.php?do=people&p_id=1254

Still can't login in my client's account, it works for all my clients as far as I can tell but not his one. I wonder if it is because her shopping cart is so big with 228 items that the PHP scripts are reaching limits so they cannot fully run on the site.

I also turned off Cloudflare and I get this error: Gateway Time-out

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Email me your hosting control panel info (link, username and password) and also the link to your Sytist so I can look into your issue.
