Processing Fee Line Item

I've changed the VAT text line to read "Processing Fee" and set a percentage in the VAT. The line does show during the checkout process but does not show in the printed report. How do I get it to show as a line item on the order report?

It appears to be a problem with the payment option you are using not recording the VAT value on the order.
I'll email you a file to upload that will fix it for future orders.
