Hi Tim,

Looks like we have a serious problem accepting payments through Stripe.

Customers are getting the "missing Token" error message and we cannot take any more payments through stripe.

Their support says,
Support: Does this happen on all transactions Simon?
Simon: yes
Support: Got it
Support: I see about 2 transactions that had an error

Support: Will it be these 2 today?
Simon: there are many, but we stopped receiving payments around 9.30pm last night
Support: I see. We're you able to capture a screenshot of the error?
Simon: Screen-Shot-2019-07-31-at-1.39.43-PM.png
Support: Thanks for the screenshot, Checking further for you
Support: Hello Simon, Are you able to send me a Snippet please, looks like there's an issue with the integration
Simon: A snippet of what
Support: Of the coding that you're using for your website?
Simon: We have a third party plugin that goes in our site https://www.picturespro.com/sytist/
Support: 'Cos the error code that your account is currently getting **400 means there's a missing parameter on the code, I'll get this site over and the screenshot to our specialized team to help out with the investigation.

Also, we recently implemented a second payment method. eWay. Could this be conflicting?

Did it stop working after you enabled eWay? I don't think there would be a conflict, but if so, I would disable it and see if stripe starts working again. There is no reason within Sytist for it to just suddenly stop working without any changes to the code.

Another, maybe something happened on the server to cause this. Something you can try is to download the Sytist files from the order you purchased it on in the my account section:
https://www.picturespro.com/index.php?view=account

Unzip it and upload the sy-inc folder from the sytist_UPGRADE_files to your server overwriting the existing sy-inc folder.

Looking at some old emails, I believe the problem is with having eWay too. They cause conflicts with each other (javascript conflicts). You will only be able to use one or the other.

You would need to turn off eWay and also remove any credentials added to it.

Is there no way of an update fixing this issue on the next release?
I have 3 businesses that that will be using the sytist site and I need to separate the payments into their different payment methods. I have PayPal setup, Stripe SetUp and now eWay. Unless there was way to add a second PayPal account, then that would be great. Otherwise could you look at this?

I will make a note to look into it, but it is something between the 2 companies code that interferes with each other.

I added a new Stripe option. Try using the new one (Settings -> Checkout & Payment).

Hi Tim,
I just recently updated to the latest version with the Stripe updated and still the missing token arrives at checkout with eWay enabled.
Is there anything else that you could try to enable the multiple gateways for Sitist?
Cheers
