Random Behavior On Adding Product To Cart

I just had an order come through from a client with some very odd behavior. On a couple of the prints, it gave her required options from a complete different product. On one 16x20 print, it required her to choose options I have set up for a digital collection. On another 16x20 print, it required her to choose options for a session reservation. On a third 16x20 print, it did not have a problem and gave the normal choices. Then, it calculated the early bird discount incorrectly.

I tried duplicating the behavior by creating my own order from her gallery, and it did not have the problem. I also verified that I do not have the Do Not Allow Discounting box checked on the products to interfere with the early bird discount. Would you mind taking a look?
