Double Charges - Order Is Created Twice

Hi Tim, twice in the last week (since our update - not sure if that's connected) we have had clients place an order that went through twice.
The first order appears in Sytist correctly, the second one is a blank order for the same dollar amount. On both occurrences the clients were using "Square" as the payment option.
We have had other orders go through correctly, so I'm not sure if there are other common elements. I spoke to the one person directly afterwards and she said she was sure she didn't double-click the pay button or anything. Any ideas?

It seems it can happen if someone is on a slow connection and double clicks the submit button (only with the square option). I'll email you a file I have made changes to that should prevent that.

Michael Leenheer beware that square charges them twice as well.

Had it happen once, worst issue was Square taking 3 weeks to refund

Dang really? I have always had good luck with square refunding quickly.

Since applying Tim's patch I haven't had any further issues. (And yes I did refund the charges through Square successfully.) Thanks for the support, Tim!
