How Do Clients Cancel Their Own Appointment?

Just as the title asks. I would rather not be fielding phone calls and emails about this, can they move their own appointment or cancel it?

Currently there is not a way for the customer to cancel their own appointments without contacting you. Something on the to-do list.

I know the question was from 2019...just wanted to check and see if there is the ability now for a client to cancel their own appointment. Thanks so much!!
