Can A Sytist Gallery Slide Show Go Full Screen?

As the title asks. In a gallery where purchasing options are important (so, using the 'thumbnail' display option) the purchasing options are shown along the right side of the screen when watching a slide show. Can the sidebar be hidden while the show is playing?
I thought of just switching the display temporarily but going to a 'slide show' display option can't seem to access the sub galleries (all sub galleries vanish from the main gallery page) so that doesn't help me when trying to show off a wedding.

There is an option in the price list settings (Photo Products -> Price Lists -> Edit Settings) for "Show buy icon above photo instead of displaying the products to the right of the photo."
Selecting that option the photo will be full screen and adds an icon to buy photo above the photo instead of displaying the products to the right.
