Moving Entire Website Including Sytist From Public_html To Secure_html Folder

Our entire website runs in a public html_folder, with Sytist residing in it's own subfolder under that. We just installed a SSL certificate in the top domain. We want to pick up and move the entire site into the secure_html folder so the site shows up as secured. If we move the Sytist folder into the secure_html folder with everything else, can we expect it to keep working, or are there edits we'll need to make or other actions we need to take to improve our chance of success, without breaking Sytist? Thank you.

Following! I also have an SSL certificate in my main domain but notice that if I provide a link directly to a gallery/store that the SSL drops out and privacy warning notifications are in place. This however appears to be on android only so I am not sure where the issue lies.

You won't need to move the Sytist files.
1) In Settings -> Checkout & Payment, check the option that you have an SSL installed.
2) in your Sytist admin click Settings in the main menu, then underneath the left menu click "edit config file".
Change this line:
$setup['url'] = "http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
TO:
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
Notice we are adding a s to http.
And save. That will add https to the links that are sent out from Sytist.
