Wordpress Https But Sytist Galleries Are Not

I have a Wordpress site with Sytist in a sub folder for my galleries and shopping cart.
I recently installed an https certificate in the Wordpress site and all is fine, but the most important part for my clients is where they will buy photos (Sytist) which is coming up as "not secure".
In Sytist, I do not see a link to my .htaccess file at the bottom of the settings page, but I have found it in my hosting file manager and it looks like this.
# BEGIN WordPress
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
# END WordPress
I am terrified I will mess something up in a big way and need hand holding through exactly which lines I need to change, because they don't look much like the examples. I'm not sure if I need to add lines, or replace them?
An idiots guide please :)

I have tried with a couple of people using wordpress as their main site to force httpS in Sytist with no luck. Everything I tried didn't work because of the url rewriting in wordpress.
In your Sytist admin go to Settings -> Checkout & Payment. Check the option "Check this box if you have a SSL installed.". This will make it so it goes to httpS at checkout, account & login pages.
Also click Settings in the main menu. Then underneath the left menu click Edit Config File.
Change the 3 line which is:
$setup['url'] = "http://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
TO
$setup['url'] = "https://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']."";
Just adding the s after http and save. That will make links sent out in emails and such include the httpS
