On the SHIP NOTIFY page, I do not see a SEND option, only an Add Shipping button with a green background. Shipping is already included in my invoice. When I click the Add Shipping I get a 412 error message:
412 Error
Your request got filtered out due to possible security issues.
One or more things in your request were suspicious (defective request header, invalid cookies, bad parameters)
If you think you did nothing wrong:
try again with a different browser
avoid any evil characters inside the request url
If you are the owner of the website, you can consider revising the rules of the mod_security module or turning it off from your Web Hosting Control Panel.
So how do I send a notification email to my customer?

You will need to contact your hosting company and let them know what you are doing is triggering mod security on the server and they should be able to make an exception for the rule it is triggering.

Are there any other work arounds to use this Sytist feature? I am paying for a shared server plan with my hosting company (BluDomain) and they cannot make changes to mod security with clients on a shared plan.
Thank you,
Beverly

If you email me either your hosting or FTP username and password, I might be able to rename the field to see if it makes a difference.
