I'm getting an error message from PayPal.
"My integration has been identified as passing incorrect or invalid data to PayPal"
"If PayPal contacted you about updating your integration by March 29, 2017, please refer to the following guidelines. If you don't update your integration by March 29, 2017, your business may be unable to process payments. This update applies to Website Payments Standard, PayPal Payments Standard, and HTML buttons"
"Most integrations are already working with the new PayPal checkout automatically. However, there are some integrations with problems that cause the user experience to fall back to the old PayPal checkout.
If your PayPal button redirects to the old experience (left image), your button is passing incorrect data to PayPal.
If your PayPal button redirects to the new experience (right image), your button is passing correct data to PayPal.
Any Ideas what the problem is ?

Someone else says they have gotten that message. The only thing I could find that might be possibly causing that message is amounts over $1,000 containing a comma. Are you having any transactions over $1,000?

I think it is this in the Price Format setting: [CURRENCY_SIGN][PRICE]
I think the Currency Sign is not allowed in PayPals new checkout settings. They state that: "Passing currency symbols ("$, etc.) or values other than integers & decimal points in the amount field are not allowed.
So if that is correct removing CURRENCY_SIGN should correct the problem. Does that sound correct to you & are there any other places I may find a problem in the Sytist settings?
Thanks
Jerry

Sytist doesn't send the currency sign with the payment info so that wouldn't be it.

I have started a trouble ticket with Paypal. I gave them your e-mail at info@picturespro.com. I don't know if they will contact you but if not I will pass on the information. Their support page states that it's probably best to pass on the information to the site developer.

Does the new update posted today effect anything on this subject with PayPal?

The only thing that changed in the update with this was removing the comma in amounts over $1,000 that gets sent to PayPal. That's why I was wondering if you were having transactions over $1,000 because that could be one of the reasons why.

I wouldn't have had any single transactions over $1000 but do have total sales for an order over $1000.

It would be just for single transactions.
Can you email me a screen shot of the message you are getting from PayPal that includes the graphics for:
If your PayPal button redirects to the old experience (left image), your button is passing incorrect data to PayPal.
If your PayPal button redirects to the new experience (right image), your button is passing correct data to PayPal.

What is a little strange is it doesn't give me the error message ever time I enter Paypal, it's sporadic when the message shows up. When I go into my notification button it doesn't show up there either.

I'm not receiving any payments through PayPal other than from Sytist. I've forwarded you the latest e-mail I received from them. Not sure what to say other than it must be an intermittent problem.
