Disable Buy All Favorites

Help! A client booked two sessions and somehow was able to add almost all photos from each session as 'favorites' and then did a 'buy all favorites' for the single price of one 'buy all' gallery! I've searched my setting for buy all and individual downloads and can't seem to find where i can turn this option off.

Edit the product group in your price list your buy all is in and check the option:
" If this product group includes Buy Alls, DO NOT offer when a customer is ordering from favorites."
