Calendar Special Events Prep/travel Missing

I don't see the prep/travel time for the Special events anymore. I know it was there because I have used it. Lately I have been duplicating previous calendars and changing the name and just noticed that it is missing when setting up a new schedule.

I inadvertantly removed it in the 4.8 update. I'll email you a file that will add it back.
