I'm working on a webpage for a client and rather than text below each photo at the bottom, they would like a pop-out text instead. On the "Who We Are", "What We Do", and "Who We Help" is where I'm trying to do this.
Is it possible? Similar to this: A Very Simple Popup Box - HTML, CSS, JavaScript (html-online.com)
