Test Email Ok - Email To Clients No
I tried emailing an invoice to an existing client I've sent multiple invoices to in the past. For some reason, this one would not go through. I tried multiple times. I even tried sending it to myself instead and that didn't work either. However, when I do a "test" email (from the feature on the site, not one I create myself), I get it just fine. After the test email worked I tried sending my client's invoice to myself and nothing. I'm using version 4.3.3. Thanks!

This is the message I received from my web host, Arvixe:
The DKIM and DMARCis not supported on the shared server due to the character length and that may cause issues with the DNS propagation
The SPF is enabled on the domain: https://dnschecker.org/#TXT/karenevanspictures.com
I don't really understand this or what I should do to make your software generate/send client emails again.
So you know, I tried all of the other suggestions that were at the link you shared. Thanks.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
- 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
- 3) The invoice number of an invoice you are trying to send that is not being received.
