What is the best method of automating blog posting? For instance I would like to post a blog weekly automatically. I would write the posts in advance and schedule them for when they go live. Is there a way to do that within systist? If not can I imbed a wordpress blog somehow?

With any pages or galleries, there is a Date. If you set the date in the future and set the status to publish, it won't be listed on the site until that date.
