Keeps Asking For Customer Names (not Paypal Related)

Hi,

I've had this problem before and said probably PayPal related. I turned off all PayPal and use stripe and I'm still getting people telling me that they can't checkout because it's asking for first/last name but nowhere to enter that info. I haven't been able to recreate so I don't know what the flow is that is causing this for some people!

Go to Settings -> Account Requirements. Perhaps you don't have First Name and Last Name checked for one of the options under placing an order.

I don't think the last one worked

You don't have them checked for Download Only Orders so it won't ask for the name when they are just ordering downloads.

You need to check Download Only Orders for first name and last name, and state if your downloads are taxable.
