Account Created Show "no Name Supplied'

Today I have 3 people that show up that they created an account but their account name is "No Name Supplied" and the only information on their account is their email address. Under Settings, Account Requirments I have Ask and Required checked for their information. They have items in their shopping cart, Paypal has sent me an email saying they have paid for their order but the order is still in their shopping cart. How are they checking out without giving me their name, address, phone, city, state, zip etc? when I have ask and required check. Also, One person has informed me that Paypal has charged then twice but their order is still in their shopping cart. Thanks, Barry Aslinger 423-605-7260 

I don't know why you are having that issue, you are the only one with this issue.

I wrote to you on August 30th about this that if you continue to have issues switch to the PayPal Standard Business in Settings -> Checkout & Payment. 

Did you do that? And if you did, still have issues AFTER changing to PayPal Standard Business?

I just updated your PayPal Checkout files. If it happens again, please reply here and change to PayPal Standard Business.
