36551 Photos Not Shown On Website. How Is This Populating?
Hello,
I was digging around Sytist Admin looking for galleries to delete to free up some space and found in the "All Photos" that we have 36551 Photos listed in "Photo Not Shown On Website". How are these images populating here? Scrolling through they seem to be mainly photos from expired/deleted galleries or old banner artwork etc. Does this directory act like a temporary Recycle Bin when you delete/archive galleries? I am not sure why it has been holding all these deleted files, I checked "Deleting Purchased Files" and it was not selected.
Is there a option somewhere that stops deleted files populating here?
Is there a certain directory that these images are stored in that I can delete with a FTP login?
Most likely those are from galleries you have deleted but didn't select to also delete the photos. Also graphics uploaded to billboards will show there.
You can click on the Photos Not Shown On Website link.
Doing it this way it will delete immediately instead of going into the delete queue, so if there are a lot of photos it might time out and take a couple of tries.

That's sweet Tim, now I have an extra 70GB for future jobs.
Thanks mate.
