Godaddy Was Always The Problem!

We had a very time-consuming issue that started in the spring- credit card and even "pay-offline" transactions were hanging for over a minute and causing major issues like double, even triple payments because customers would click the Pay button again and again, not realizing they were repeatedly sending the payment through to the CC processor.

We investigated everything- Tim's software, GoDaddy's end of things, Square, etc..  Finally a couple months ago I just said the hell with it, I am switching from GoDaddy to KnownHost.  Problem solved.  I will never do business w GoDaddy ever again.

Yep, godaddy has so many issues.

The best day was the day I switched from Go Daddy to Saratoga Hosting! Many problems were resolved simply by changing from Go Daddy!
