Free Download For Event Organiser

Hi everyone,

Just wondering what is the best way to go about giving an event organiser the ability to choose and download for free say for example 20, 50, 100 images? 

All other people accessing the event gallery will still have to pay normal prices for the images. 

Should I be looking at coupon codes? Download credits? I'm not entirely sure what the best way to go about this is and would love to hear what others have done.

Create a new pricelist that contains only a digital BUYALL and assign that pricelist to the account of the organiser.

When everyone else logs in they see pricelist A, but Organiser sees "free downloads", no pricing.

Assign a Customer or Customers To Download For Free On A Per Gallery Basis

• View the gallery in the admin and click the Photos tab for the gallery.
• Click the Free Downloads button.
• There you can select the customer and the free download product.
• If you only want them to download from a specific sub gallery, view the sub gallery first, then click the Free Downloads button.
