Error That No First/last Name When Trying To Checkout
I have it set as a requirement that first/last name for creating an account. I'm getting a bunch of people emailing me with this info. I'm going online and having to manually add in their first/last name in their profile so they can check out. Double checked and I have it checked as a requirement. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Are they just not entering in their name at checkout or are the fields not showing?
In Settings -> Account Requirements, is First & Last Name checked for checkout? The should be.

Attached is my screenshot of settings. I'm assuming that they are creating an account, shopping then trying to place an order. I went thru the process and tried to create an account without typing in a name and wouldn't work. So I'm assuming it's not saving? I've received several emails about it...then I checked shopping carts and there was about a dozen of people with emails but no names that didn't checkout. I'm following up with them as I'm assuming they tried to checkout and couldn't and gave up! Also attached a screenshot of a user with no name but email and order in cart.
Can you get a screenshot of the actual error message? I am not clear where it is coming from. If it is at checkout, it seems like those fields would be empty and would type into them.

I"m not actually receiving an error msg unless your meaning when I tried to place an order myself and left the fields blank it just said missing first and last name on my end.
But now I've received several more people this morning...this time usinig paypal. They are able to checkout and pay (and it is charged) but I guess when it brings it back to my site it's giving an error about the name again and they can't proceed. Order isn't processed in system but is charged on PayPal.
Do you just want me to create an admin account for you so you can look around? Can call too if needed 317-804-1675
You should change to PayPal standard business for now. There seems to be a bug in Apple products / iphone that is causing the checkout not to complete. I will probably have to do a lot of recoding to accommodate apple, again, which will probably take weeks.
No first / last name could be related.
