Main Collection Item Non-taxable But Options Taxable?

Is there a way to make the main product in a collection non-taxable, but make the option items taxable? The client would be buying "online video access" (non-taxable), but the add-ons (options) are physical DVDs (taxable).

There is not a way to do that.
